Chevrolet Camaro
The Chevrolet Camaro is one of Chevy’s best selling vehicles.  Arriving fall of 2015, the sixth generation Camaro has a more aggressive front facia, your choice of three engine options, and a much more aluminum intensive body saving weight. The Camaro comes standard with a 275-hp turbo four although a 335-hp V6 and a 455-hp V8 are optional as well.  The Chevrolet Camaro competes with the Dodge Challenger, Ford Mustang, and Nissan 370Z.

The Stats
Starting Price: $25,000
Engine: 2.0L Inline four, 3.6L V6, or 6.2L V8
Horsepower: 275/ 335/ 455
Torque: 295/ 284/ 455 lb/ft
0-60 MPH: 6.5-5.2 Seconds
Fuel Economy: 15-19/23-32 mpg
Safety Rating: 5 Stars.

Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
Until the totally mental Corvette Stingray ZO6, the Camaro ZL1 was Chevrolet’s fastest vehicle around the German Nurburgring racetrack ever.  The ZL1’s powerplant is a 6.2-liter V8 sending 580-hp to the rear wheels. This super Camaro also features Chevrolet’s Magnetic Ride Control in order to maintain control around the tight bends. The ZL1 competes directly against the Jaguar F-Type, Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, and Nissan GT-R.

The Stats
Starting Price: $60,555
Engine: 6.2L V8
Horsepower: 580
Torque: 556 lb/ft
0-60 MPH: 3.9 Seconds
Fuel Economy: 14/19 mpg
Safety Rating: 5 Stars.

Chevrolet Camaro Z/28
The Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is Chevy’s most track-focused vehicle.  With better aerodynamics and super sticky tires, this sports car is barely street-legal. Ensuring this car is meant to put a smile on the drivers face is that the hardcore Z/28 Camaro’s only transmission option is a six-speed manual. The 7.0L V8 probably doesn’t hurt either. The Z/28 competes with the BMW M4, Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, and Audi RS5.

The Stats
Starting Price: $75,000
Engine: 7.0L V8
Horsepower: 505
Torque: 481 lb/ft
0-60 MPH: 4.0 Seconds
Fuel Economy: 13/19 mpg
Safety Rating: 5 Stars.
